I suggest you start here so that you can get a quick lay of this Blog Land.

Single Girl Slays Debt is a true chronicle – a record of thoughts, events and happenings along what is likely to be a long journey. Though I’m focused on paying off my debt, I’m still living all other pieces and parts of my life. I’m still running a business, dating men, prioritizing my health, and working on becoming a better person. Life is still in full effect.

I’ll share with you the ups, the downs, the wins, the setbacks – the whole shebang – in attempt to provide a clear picture of how one woman (me!) is handling this process. I’ll afford you with my musings on the things that a single girl thinks about and does while she’s embarking upon a super journey, while still wanting to live an amazing life.

There’s value in telling the story as it happens, as opposed to all of the dust has settled. When we recount a story months or years after it has happened, sometimes important details can be left out. And, for the sake of keeping the story short, we may opt to not include some of the elements that were an important part of what happened at the time. That’s why I’m telling the story in real time. Please keep in mind that, since I don’t yet know yet how the whole story will go, I can’t be sure about what parts will contribute most to the desired outcome. Nonetheless, I’ll share what’s happening.

I’ll consistently keep up on different parts of my life as they are  happening and will provide you with reports. They are listed below. At the very least, you can expect to see the first 3 of these reports every month. The Net Worth Statement you can expect to see every quarter.

  • Budget Breakdown – reflections on the previous month’s spending, along with plans and budget notes for the upcoming month.
  • The Tsunami Situation – Debt Report – A record of debt balances, including debts slayed, and the current debt that I’m attacking.
  • The Manscape – stories about the men in my life, mostly, the men I’m dating, have dated, want to be dating, or am about to stop dating.
  • Net Worth Statement – Self-explanatory.

The blog starts from the first entry I made in 2019. If you want to keep up with only particular parts of the story (which is fine with me), like the dating part or just the debt repayment, you’ll be able to easily focus on those. If, however, you want to be a part of the larger story, then I encourage you to start from the beginning.
